How is this different from Hire?
Hire gives you the person and assumes you already have the infrastructure and management. The Build gives you the person plus the whole operation around them, launched and running before it is handed over.
How is this different from Managed?
It is the same underlying function. With the Build, we hand it over and you run it. With Managed, we keep running it for you every month.
How long does the build take?
About 6 weeks. We place your caller within 2 weeks, then the build and launch run for a month from the day they start. Final scope and payment terms are confirmed with you before any work begins.
What if the caller leaves?
If your caller leaves within 30 days of being hired, we find you a replacement at no extra cost.
Do you guarantee meetings?
No. Meetings and sales depend on the market, the offer and how prospects respond. What the project delivers is the scope agreed up front: a function that is built, launched and handed over.
