What do you look for in a caller?
Communication, reliability and fit for the role. Every candidate is screened for a cold-calling role specifically, not on their CV alone.
Do you train or manage the caller after placement?
No. Coaching, accountability and performance management are yours. If you’d rather we kept running it, that is Managed.
What if the caller leaves?
If your caller leaves within 30 days of being hired, we find you a replacement at no extra cost.
How long does it take, and when do I pay?
We place your caller within 2 weeks. The fee is $3,000, paid once, and payment terms are confirmed with you before any work begins.
